All of us are exposed to different kinds of stress, whether it is stress from workor stress from having a fight with your best friend – there is always something in this world that makes us stop concentrating on something important for a while and be completely enveloped in whatever it is we are stressing about. So as much as I can keep telling you that this is unhealthy, it’s very normal and all of us go through it. We just need to learn how to deal with it. For example, you can listen to music or go for a walk or talk to someone on the phone or in person. Something that will make you relax yourself and forget about that stress for a while. Try it – it might just work. 🙂
