So because I decided to be different, I decided to switch two letters up a bit. 😉 And definitely not because I had a mental blank and forgot which letter came after ‘p’, nope, definitely not that…
Anyway, being different is good. It gives you independence and allows you to connect to different people. Can you imagine how boring our lived would be if all humans were interested in the same TV shows, movies, songs, politics, hobbies, everything? It would get so dull and whenever you’d start talking about something that you think no one else would know, someone would pick it up and start talking to you about it. You’d have no new information for anyone, because everything is already in the open.
That’s why liking different things is good because it can keep your conversations open and you can find something to talk about. But for some reason, a lot of people choose not to embrace these differences, but instead to mock them and the people who are different. This is wrong on so many levels. We are all human, no matter what gender, sex (yes, there is a difference), hair colour, body size, etc. We all deserve to be treated equally and there should be no shame or mockery when someone is not expressing the same interests as you. Embrace ALL differences, no matter how big or small, because only then we will be able to achieve peace between all humans.
